We are hoping to set up a morning (not breakfast) club to facilitate parents who want their child/ren to be dropped off to school and supervised (before school starts). This will be a paid for service.
This is in the very early stages of planning and we will have further details when we come back after the summer holidays.

We have had a very eventful year – here are just some of the awards, events and initiatives that took place over the year. A big well done to all of our hardworking children!
We look forward to taking part in many more events and initiatives next year.
Thank you to those who were able to make our final school assembly on Friday morning. It was a lovely celebration and a great way to bring the academic year to a close.
Well done to all of the children from third class who entered this in-school showcase of talent. We had dancers, singers, Rubik’s cube solvers and much more.
A notice from the Sandymount Tidy Towns Community Association:
I write to you all on behalf of the Sandymount Tidy Towns Community Association (STTCA) to inform you that we have initiated a new biodiversity educational project involving the installation of box hedging which will house a wide variety of herbs and bee friendly plants around the ESB Sub-Station in Sandymount Green.
To this end, and before you break-up for the summer, STTCA would greatly appreciate if you could ask your students to respect this project and refrain from playing ball and games around this general area in The Green. Any such damage would undo the good voluntary work of the STTCA. It is currently a work in progress

Thanks to our wonderful PTA who organised a brilliant event yesterday. Huge work goes into an event like that and it was very evident that our school community had a great time. Well done to Kathryne and Trudine who have put together a beautiful cookbook. Please buy a copy if you can.
